The one-way coupling (3) between the inner (2) and outer (1) ring can be brought into a locked and released position according to the rotational speed difference between the inner and outer ring. The torque between the rings is thereby transmitted between the rings or separates the rings. A bearing (4) between the rings is on the two axial sides of the one-way coupling and seal (45) covered by an annular component (7).
