A single layer flat blank (1) of flexible material has flaps (2,3) formed at the two opposite short ends by cutting or punching incisions (6,7) into the two length sides (4, 5) of the blank. The blank is folded around the cup and the two flaps slotted together to form a handle. Independent claims are also included for (a) the cup holder blank, and (b) the cup holder.
