Pneumatic seal measuring unit to monitor components and small units, e.g. parts of medical endoscope

The unit has a miniature compressor with a small specific volume and a high operating rpm (7000 rpm), to produce a low pulsation and homogeneous pressure build up. A highly sensitive pressure sensor (3) delivers a permanent analogue signal. A relay (4) with the facility of a computer (5), is integrated in the measuring unit, which serves to establish switching thresholds (good/bad) after analogue-digital conversion of control of signal contacts.
