The cooker has a first rotary knob (31) arranged top right for adjusting an operating condition of a first cooking zone (61), in a rear, right region of the cooking panel (6). A second rotary knob (32) arranged bottom left, an operating condition of a second cooking zone (62), is adjustable in a front, right region of the cooking panel (6). A third rotary knob (33) arranged top left, adjusts an operating condition of a third cooking zone (63), in a rear, left region of the cooking panel (6). A left bottom arranged fourth rotary knob (34) adjusts an operating condition of a fourth cooking zone (64), in a front, left region of the cooking panel (6). The operating unit (40) for the baking and roasting oven is arranged in an inner region (10), between the first rotary knob and the second knob (32) on one side, and the third rotary knob (33) and the fourth knob (34) on the other side.
