The support has a wall mounting with horizontal and vertical arms having links and angle adjusters. The control casing (10) carries a rotary connector section (22) cooperating with two ring casing sections (24,33). Elastic damper wedges (31) are mounted in the casing for horizontal and vertical positioning. The connector inner ring (27) is attached to the control casing.
