<p>The invention concerns a freeze-dried pharmaceutical composition designed to imitate a medicine, in particular based on proteins or peptides, and capable of being used as placebo, characterised in that it comprises said medicine usual carrier, one or several sugar alcohol's in crystalline form and/or one or several amine acids in crystalline form, said composition having as osmolarity ranging between 250 and 650 milliosmoles after being restored in the form of solution.
