Sausage meat mincing assembly

A meat mincing assembly has a hopper from which meat is forced by a delivery mechanism (2) to the cutter blade (4) section and is reduced to the consistency of esp. sausage meat. The assembly has a pressurised chamber (22) between the delivery mechanism (2) and the cutter blade(4) section. The pressurised chamber is contained within a housing which may be detached from the delivery mechanism (2) and cutter blade (4) section. The meat delivery mechanism (2) is a cell conveyer or a toothed wheel conveyer.
