ACRYLIC FILMS AND ACRYLIC LAMINATES

Acrylic films containing 70 to 95 parts by weight of the component (A) and 5 to 30 parts by weight of the component (B) each as specified below and having a gel content of 50 to 70 % by weight and a breaking elongation in one direction of 180 % or above: (A) an acrylic rubber-containing copolymer consisting of an elastic copolymer consisting of an alkyl acrylate monomer, another vinyl monomer and a cross-linkable monomer copolymerizable therewith together with methacrylate and vinyl monomers in which monomer(s) having a glass transition temperature exceeding 65 DEG C in the above polymer have been grafted and which has a gel content of at least 60 % by weight, a graft rubber grain size of 0.08 to 0.16 mu m and a calcium content of 50 to 500 ppm; and (B) an acrylic thermoplastic polymer consisting of a methacrylate monomer, an acrylate monomer and another vinyl monomer, and having a glass transition temperature of 65 DEG C or below and a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000 to 300,000.
