摘要 The system is Hall element arranged parallel to and perpendicular to axis of permanent magnet, so that radial and axial components, respectively, of magnetic flux density is determined. The system has at least one sensing element, responding to the magnetic flux density (Bx), and which is axially or radially spaced from a permanent magnet (1) and an evaluation unit. The sensing element is a Hall element, which is arranged parallel to the magnet axis in an axially spaced arrangement, such that a radial component (x) of the magnetic flux density is measured, and perpendicular to the magnet axis in a radially spaced arrangement, such that an axial component of the magnetic flux density is measured. With the evaluation unit a parallel displacement (e) or an inclination angle of the permanent magnet is determinable, compared to a desired position of the permanent magnet axis, from the determined magnetic flux density using interpolation.
