PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the processing of an image whose duplicate is inhibited by discriminating whether or not received color image data are data corresponding to an image whose duplicate is inhibited and controlling an output of color image data depending on the discrimination. SOLUTION: A color image signal read by an exposure scanning unit is given to a video processing unit. A video receiver circuit 60 of the unit receives the input and a video pre-processing circuit 61 applies deviation of an image in each color and shading correction to provide an output of signals g, b.
