PURPOSE:To prepare the title film having uniform curing and adhesive properties by passing two release films through between a pair of temp.-controlled metal rolls or through between a pair of metal plates with a large curvature, pouring a thermoset resin in between the films, and taking the resulting product out at a const. speed. CONSTITUTION:The opening between a pair of metal rolls 3 with 50-300phi diameter, the rolls being temp.-controlled to an accuracy of + or -5 deg.C in both the widthwise and peripheral directions, or the opening between a pair of metal plates 10 with a large curvature are set to 0-20mm. From both sides of the rolls 3 or plates 10, two release films 4 are introduced and passed through the opening. At the same time, a thermoset resin 5 contg. a hardener and temp.- controlled to an accuracy of + or -3 deg.C through a pump 1 and a heat exchanger 2 is poured in between the films 4. The films 4 with the resin 5 held in between are passed through a cooling panel 6 and taken out at a const. speed with nip rolls 7 to thereby roll out the resin 5 and form a thermoset resin film with a uniform thickness. Then, one of the films 4 is peeled off, a new release sheet 8 is laminated, and the resulting laminate is wound up with a winding roll 9. |
