<p>PURPOSE: To provide such a vibration generator that produces a very large vibrating force even in the case of a small boring diameter, has a high resolution because high frequency components are included, is safe and easy to use. CONSTITUTION: Layered parts 10a, 10b in which a multitude of metal ring plates 12a and 12b are layered through a ribber O-ring 14, are provided and they are vibrated by giving hitting force to the layered direction. The set number of the layered parts is arbitrary over two. Between individual layered parts, connection parts having air pools 16 are arranged. The connection parts 18 are constituted of cylindrical parts with lids having air pools inside and are fixed to support columns. Hit plates 20 and 21 are provided on one end of each layered part and individual hit plates are connected with hitting rods 22 to make it possible to give hitting force to the individual layered bodies.</p> |
