PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically feed the titled packaging body to an assembling machine by placing a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet between projected parts provided on a carrier tape and reel it up. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet packaging body is constituted of a carrier tape 1, projected parts 2 formed thereon, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 3 placed between the projected parts 2 and 2 and a reel 4 for reeling up the carrier tape 1. As the carrier tape 1, a sheet made of polyethylene terephthalate, vinyl chloride resin, etc., with a thickness of the base material of about 0.07-0.5 mm is used, but taking emboss processability into consideration, the sheet made of vinyl chloride resin with a thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm is pref. In addition, the projected parts 2 provided on the carrier tape 1 are usually spaced uniformly on both side edge parts of the carrier tape 1. The height of the projected parts 2 is pref. 0.3-3.5 mm in height from the viewpoint of the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 3 placed between the projected parts 2 and 2 on the carrier tape 1 is provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one face (both faces) of a substrate layer. |
