PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the sustained release surface of a new antibacterial material at all the time without generating ground powder in the case of use completely. SOLUTION: A feedout shaft 4 for winding an antibacterial sheet S containing the antibacterial material and a takeup shaft 5 for taking up the antibacterial sheet S are supported on a frame. The feedout part of the antibacterial sheet S wound out of the feedout shaft 4 is attached to a tank such as the filter tank of a bath unit while being immersed in liquid such as bathing water, the feedout part of the antibacterial sheet the antibacterial material of which is completely sustainedly released is taken up around the takeup shaft 5, and the new antibacterial sheet S is wound out of the feedout shaft 4. Thus, the new feedout part of the antibacterial sheet S is always immersed in the liquid. |
