PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items to form the whole device compact by forming the shape of the end part side of an oil pan so that it can correspond to the shape of a housing of a motor-generator. SOLUTION: A housing of a motor-generator is integrally connected to the end part of an internal combustion engine E. In this case, circumferential ribs 47S, 47B, 51 and radial ribs 49A1, 49A2, 49B1, 49B2 are provided on the end part of an oil pan 22 constituting the internal combusyion engine E to ensure the strength of the internal combustion engine E, and thus enable the housing of the motor-generator to be directly connected to the end part of the internal combustion engine by fewer components. |
