PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic capable of selecting the suitable color and presenting-natural looks by adding yellow dyestuff in a specific quantity as active dyestuff to a cosmetic containing a semitranslucent powder in a specific quantity. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by containing (A) 50-90 wt.% (preferably 55-80 wt.%) of a translucent powder such as silica, calcium silicate, polymethacrylate ester, methyl siloxane network polymer, silica-coated titansericite, nylon powder, etc., (esp. preferably silica) and (B) 1-20 wt.% (preferably 1-10 wt.%) of yellow dyestuff such as yellow oxide, oushoku 4 gou (yellow No.4), oushoku 5 gou (yellow No.5),β-carotene, their lakes, their inclusion with the translucent powder (preferably yellow oxide). The cosmetic is coated on the makeup put on with the conventional cosmetic.
