PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly hold an article to be cushioned, to facilitate keeping and disposal and to realize low cost in a cushioning material mounted on the corner part or the like of the article to be cushioned to develop cushioning effect to the article to be cushioned. SOLUTION: A cushioning material 10A is constituted of first and second arm parts 12A, 14A formed of a resin having cushioning function and the first and second arm parts 12A, 14A are bonded by the bonding parts 18, 20 formed at least at both end parts of both arm parts and slits are formed excepting these bonding parts 18, 20. By this constitution, the first and second arm parts 12A, 14A are constituted in a relatively replaceable manner. Further, deformation parts 22-28 are provided to the first and second arm parts 12A, 14A and deformed to form a mounting space part 38 between the first and second arm parts 12A, 14A and an article 40 to be cushioned is held in the mounting space part 38. |
