PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably perform removal of a sealing cap seal attached to a cap of a container such as a drum extremely safely without need for tools such as pliers or a screwdriver while broken metal taken-up scrap is tightly wound around a shaft of a take-up breaking device and reliably scrapped. SOLUTION: Breaking cuts 6, 6 are provided approximately in parallel on a top wall 3 and a vertical wall of a metal cap seal body 2, while a breaking outward protrusion 8 is provided at a lower end of the vertical wall so that it connects to ends of an expected broken part 7 between both cuts 6, 6. A shaft 10a of a take-up breaking device 10 comprising the shaft 10a and a handle 10b is attached to the breaking outward protrusion 8. At the time of removing a cap seal 1, while the handle 10b of the device 10 is rotated, the expected broken part 7 connected to the protrusion 8 with it as an initial end is sequentially cut like a belt along the left and right cuts 6, 6 and taken up around the shaft 10a. |
