PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a sufficient body pressure dispersion function without the exertion of a floating feel and an uncomfortable feel by excessive body pressure dispersion and to arbitrarily exhibit a thermal function as well by having body pressure dispersion thermal mechanism and the thermal function at the local places of a bedding surface and functioning the respective body pressure dispersion and the thermal mechanism simultaneously or independently without allowing both functions to impair each other. SOLUTION: The body pressure dispersion thermal mechanism 1 shown by a grayish black color is arranged from the sacrum bone part S where the bedsore is most liable to arise for the human body of a elastic mattress 2 to the rear surface of the part of the waist which is liable to be damaged. Slits T to prevent the interlocking of the elastic mattress 2 are shown by dotted lines.
