<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed back a value of the quantity of consumed resin automatically and thereby to enable automatic control of the amount of extrusion, e.g. a film thickness, in extrusion equipment. SOLUTION: The relation of the quantity of consumed resin to a stepped or consecutive increase of the number of revolutions of a screw of extrusion equipment is stored beforehand as a resin characteristic function in an auxiliary storage device 4 in a condition setting unit 1. A value of the quantity of consumed resin measured by a resin metering unit 5 and the number of revolutions of the screw of the extrusion equipment are inputted as input signals to the condition setting unit 1 and, based on the input signals and the resin characteristic function stored in the auxiliary storage device 4, the number of revolutions of the screw of the extrusion equipment is calculated in an arithmetic control device 2 so that a desired amount of extrusion be obtained. The obtained number of revolutions of the screw being used as a control signal for the extrusion equipment, a motor 8 of the extrusion equipment is controlled.</p> |
