PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a film for laminated glass and to adjust both edges to desired curvature by inserting this film between plural pieces of heating rollers, winding the film zigzag thereon and heating the film. SOLUTION: The film 24 for laminated glass is drawn from a film roll 26 by the heating rollers 34 to 46 of a stretching device 10 for the film for the laminated glass and is heated to a plasticable temp. during the passage between plural pieces of the small-sized heating rollers 34 to 46 allowing the easy control of their peripheral surfaces to a uniform temp. The film 24 is stretched between the heating roller 46 and a conical roller 60 for cooling and is cooled by a conical roller 62 for cooling while the film is molded to the shape having the arc length varying at both ends thereof and thereafter, the film is ejected to an ejection section 20 via conical rollers 64, 66 for cooling. The film is wound zigzag around the heating roller 34 to 46. Even if the position of the conical roller 62 for cooling is deviated, the misalignment of the film 24 from the heating rollers 34 to 46 and the meandering thereof do not arise and, therefore, the molding of the film to the shape suitable for applications is made possible. |
