PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone grip wherein in addition to one or a plurality of horizontal cables for a conventional method, at least one vertical cable is provided. SOLUTION: This bone grip 200 which is jointly used with a cerclage cable, typically has an A-shape equipped with two side legs 202, 204 to form a base hook 212, which are bonded and bent backward. Horizontal holes 214, 216 for the cerclage cable pass and extend through the side legs and a bridge 206. A vertical cerclage cable is guided through the tubular end part of a hook 224. The vertical cerclage cable is further guided by passages of a groove 230 on the front surface of the bone grip and/or a hole 252 on the bridge 250.
