PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having wide herbicidal spectrum, effective even against a grown weed, high in safety and excellent in herbicidal activities by using a specific aniline derivative, and bensulfuron-methyl and/or azimsulfuron as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This herbicidal composition contains (A) an aniline derivative of formula I (R<1> is methyl or the like; R<2> is H or the like; R<3> is H, fluoro at the 5-position or the like; A and Q are each O or S), e.g. methyl N-[4-(benzothiazol-2-ylmethoxy)-2-methylphenyl]carbamate}, and (B)α-(4,6- dimethoxypyrimidin-2-ylcarbamoylsulfamoyl)-o-toluate of formula II (a general name is bensulfuron-methyl) and/or azimsulfuron of formula III as an active ingredient. Preferably, a compound of formulas IV or V is optionally included as other active ingredient.
