PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of inversion sound at the time of a wiping inversion and make quiet blade rubber by reducing vertical movement from a standing attitude to a tilting attitude and moving an abutting part according to a tilting. SOLUTION: Vertical movement from a standing attitude to a tilting attitude in an inverting operation of blade rubber 30 is extremely reduced, inversion impact is reduced and generation of inversion sound of the blade rubber 30 can be suppressed because impact is minimized by colliding a tilting part 39 and a base part 31 by a short distance and a prescribed contact angleβis made to be obtained by moving the abutting point after the abutting, in the inverting operation of the blade rubber 30. A length (h) of a neck part 34 is adjusted to reduce vertical movement from the standing attitude of the blade rubber 30 to the tilting attitude and the tilting attitude of a tilting part 39 is made to be obtained by utilizing elongation and contraction property of the neck part 34 by considering an elastic modulus of a rubber material.
