PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid device wherein an open/close lid can be easily and reliably opened for a lid body. SOLUTION: The lid device 20 comprises a lid body 21 attached to a container body 11 and having a take-out port 24 and an open/close lid 23 swingably attached to the lid body 21. A rubber plate 50 is provided at a swinging part between the lid body 21 and the open/close lid 23. A cut 91 is provided on the lid body 21, and a vertical plate and a horizontal plate 90 are provided on the cut 91. The vertical plate is equipped with an engaging protrusion to be engaged with a locking piece 32 of the open/close lid 23.
