PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind a fiber impregnated with a heat-hardening resin efficiently around a mandrel to form a molding material layer with the help of a mechanical molding process, without wasting the material. SOLUTION: This molding method is to manufacture a molding by winding a fiber 3 impregnated with a heat-hardening resin around a winding layer made up of a material, impregnated with the heat-hardening resin, which is formed on a mandrel. In this case, the suspended tip part of the fiber 3 impregnated with the heat-hardening resin to be wound around the mandrel 1 is brought into contact with an existing winding layer 2. Further, the contact part 31 of the winding layer 2 is heated using a heat source 4, so that the contact part 31 is integrally cured with the existing winding layer 2. After that, the fiber 3 impregnated with the heat-hardening resin beings to be wound around the mandrel 1. |
