<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt the treatment capacity improvement, long term stabilization, and miniaturization of a membrane separation apparatus by enabling the continuous operation of the apparatus. SOLUTION: An apparatus is a wastewater treatment apparatus equipped with a membrane separation apparatus 7a for treating raw liquid 2 by a separation membrane module 7 and a diffuser 5 which is installed below the membrane separation apparatus 7a and diffuses a gas 6 for cleaning the separation membrane 18 of the apparatus 7a, and a wastewater treatment apparatus in which any of nitrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas, and ozone gas is made to be supplied to the diffuser 5. It is preferable that nitrogen gas and oxygen gas are supplied to the diffuser 5 while being interchanged periodically with each other, gas sending lines 32,33 are incorporated into a wastewater apparatus so that carbon dioxide gas and ozone gas can be supplied periodically, and the separation membrane module 7 is a hollow fiber membrane module.</p> |
