<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To float and remove sludge deposited in lakes and marshes, harbor or the like by using solar rays. SOLUTION: A solar ray condenser 2 is mounted on a pontoon 1 floated on a lake, marshe or the like and solar rays condensed by the condenser 2 are transmitted to a projector 3 arranged in the vicinity of the sludge layer on the bottom of the water through an optical fiber 4, and a biological membrane is generated on the surface of the sludge layer by the irradiation with solar rays and sludge is floated and removed by the action of the biological membrane.</p> |
