SOLUTION: A light distribution controller ECU 10 decides which light distribution state of spot light distribution and wide light distribution to select by inputting and processing road gradientθcomputed by a road gradient computing means 11 and a steering angleϕdetected by a steering angle sensor 12 and outputs an indication signal to a motor driver 15.
