PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously reduce the amount of bacteria by scattering sterilizing water over a tableware storage. SOLUTION: The sterilizing device in a cooking room has a strong acidic water tank 2 for storing the sterilizing water, compressor 6 for feeding the sterilizing water while pressurizing it, and spray nozzle 11 arranged so as to spray the sterilizing water over a tableware room 8. Thus, the occurrence of food poisoning can be remarkably decreased and prevented by sterilization mainly around a lot of tableware 81 in the tableware storage. |
