PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop an engine and prevent a vehicle from traveling when the traveling is started for a theft by outputting an engine stoppage instruction signal to an engine ignition circuit when a traveling starting operation is detected in an engine starting control circuit. SOLUTION: When detection signal is inputted from any of a gear location detection circuit 45, a brake location detection circuit 46, a speed sensor 47, an engine revolution detection circuit 48 and a throttle opening detection circuit 49, an engine starting control circuit 42 judges that a vehicle starts to travel or is going to start the traveling and outputs a signal instructing the stoppage of an engine to an engine ignition circuit 17. Therefore, the vehicle in which the engine is automatically started can not be stolen because the engine is stopped even if the vehicle is going to be stolen. |
