PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in supplying by a separate sheet supply mechanism for packing twin sushi pieces. SOLUTION: The separate sheet supply mechanism comprises a first feed means 1 including at least a pair of two feed rollers 7, 7 for intermittently feeding out a long belt-like sheet 6 wound in a roll, a cutting means 2 for cutting the separate sheet 6 fed from the first feed means 1 into a predetermined length, a guide means 3 for holding and transferring a cut separate sheet 6a in a vertically standing state, a second feed means 4 including at least a pair of two small feed rollers 13, 13 for intermittently feeding the separate sheet 6a held in the guide means 3 with its terminal end held, and transfer means 5, 5 for raising each of two sushi pieces on a transfer mechanism to bring them in contact thereby holding the separate sheet 6a with its terminal end held by the second feed means 4 on opposite sides of the two sushi pieces. |
