PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more conveniently use an elevator by memorizing the floor from where a passenger rides on after pressing a button to call the cage and the destination floor for which the button was pressed, detecting that a return button to return to the original floor is pressed during the running of the cage and returning the cage run to the original floors and then run to the destination floor through a control device. SOLUTION: For example, the fact that a passenger rode on an elevator cage from the first floor and the call button to the third floor was pressed is memorized in a memory 3. In the next step, whether a return button was pressed is detected by an inputting device 2, if the return button is not pressed, the cage runs to the third floor as usual. If it is pressed, a control device 5 inputs the signal indicating from which floor the passenger rode from the memory 3 to make the cage run to the first floor. After stopping the cage at the first floor, the cage stands by leaving the door opened. Then, a timer 4 counts door opening time, and after the lapse of specified time, a door time expiring signal is output to the control device. Accordingly a cage calling signal is input from the memory 3 for making the cage run to the third floor. Therefore, when a passenger noticed that the passenger left something at the floor from where the passenger rode on the cage, the passenger can return to the floor only by pressing the return button. |
