<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device by which an earth.sludge.slime.ash. dehydrated cake in which water-containing particulates having less than 75μm grain size are present is granulated and solidified in several minutes while remaining water without dehydrating to convert into and regenerate as stable and homogeneous resources therefrom. SOLUTION: A hopper 2, a vibrating screen feeder 3 and a shaftless screw conveyor 4 are provided in a unit frame 1. A starting material is charged into a mixing granulating machine 5, the starting material is kneaded by an optional rotation to be granulated. Charging of an additive is controlled previously with a control panel 14 so that the additive may be blended in accordance with a starting material inputted to the mixing granulating machine provided with a measuring instrument 8. In the mixing granulating machine, the starting material and the additive are kneaded and granulated mixingly by the rotation of a mixing granulating blade 6 and the granulated material is discharged to a product shoot 17 by opening an outlet door after obtaining the chemical effect of a prescribed additive.</p> |
