PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally cover the top part of a filling-containing cup with a steamed food. SOLUTION: This steamed food having filling and this method for producing the steamed food comprise mixing a raw material consisting essentially of wheat flour with a swelling agent and/or yeast, forming the mixture into a sheet-like shape having a prescribed form, fermenting the formed material, steaming the fermented material so as to have 2-6 cm<3> /g specific volume to provide puffed dough 2 and 2a, putting the dough on mouth part of a container comprising a heat-resistant water-resistant material and reheating the dough to integrate the dough with a filling-containing cup. |
