PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for rejecting defective fried bean curd for an Inari- sushi (fried bean curd stuffed with vinegared rice) preparation machine, capable of rejecting a defective fried bean curd failed in preparatory opening and enabling the preparation of Inari-sushi having good shape and high quality. SOLUTION: Preparatory opening mechanisms for fried bean curd are placed at the upstream side and the downstream side of a side of a fried bean curd intermittent transfer mechanism for intermittently transfer fried bean curds in one direction interposing a definite space between the fried bean curds. A plurality of defective fried bean curd rejection bars 10 are placed at a lower part between a main opening mechanism for fried bean curd and a vinegared rice stuffing mechanism. The rejection bars are supported in a state rotatable in normal and reverse directions and protruded upward through an opening 18 formed on the recess 8 on the upper face of the fried bean curd intermittent transfer mechanism 5. The fried bean curd preparatory opening mechanism is provided with a detector to detect and confirm the preparatorily opened state of the fried bean curd. The detective fried bean curd rejection bar 10 is turned upward by the signal from the detector indicating the defective preparatory opening of the fried bean curd and the defective fried bean curd is rejected by the rejection bar. |
