PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser wherein at the time of refilling contents put in a pouch or the like into a container, the contents attaching to an external face at a part of the dispenser received in the container may not contaminate the vicinity of the container and refilling can be easily done. SOLUTION: The dispenser 1 is attached to a neck 3 of a container 2 receiving contents for sucking the contents in the container 2 through a suction pipe 5 and ejecting or discharging the contents. A locking device 8 which can lock the dispenser 1 with the neck 3 of the container 2 when the dispenser is removed from the neck 3 of the container 2 for refilling contents in the container 2 is provided on the dispenser 1. |
