PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a thin spot or like in writing by winding a coil spring in a direction which is reversed to a direction in which a rotary cam rotates and forming the end face of the head of a tail plug and/or the tip face of the rotary cam unevenly and further, causing a refill to rotate together with the rotation of the rotary cam. SOLUTION: This knockout writing utensil 1 is equipped with a feed mechanism made up of a rotary cam 3 in a barrel 2. A refill 8 is urged toward the rear end by a coil spring 9 and is freely slidable at a position forward of the rotary cam 3 in the barrel 2 where the refill 8 is arranged. The end face of the head part of tail plug to be mounted on the rear end of the refill 8 has an uneven surface and comes into contact with the tip face of the rotary cam 3. A pen point part 10 just out of an opening part 2a at the tip of the barrel 2 by pressing a knocker 7, and consequently, the rotary cam 3 moves forward along a cam groove so that it is coused to rotate clockwise. The coil spring 9 shows a reverse winding direction to the rotating direction of the rotary cam 3, i.e., a counterclockwise winding direction. The refill 8 rotates interlocked with the rotation of the rotary cam 3 as the stepped fitting part of the head end face of the tail plug is linked with the fitting part of the tip face 3a of the rotary cam 3. |
