摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a function of dosing a biochemical active substance and a medicine by inserting a resin wire containing the biochemically active substance into a metal coil. SOLUTION: A resin wire 20 is inserted into a metal coil 10 and a tip 11 is securely fixed at the tip of the metal coil 10 to form a blood vessel embolus device. The tip 11 is formed smoothly spherical to prevent damage to an applying part. The metal coil 10 is made of a metal material impervious to X rays such as gold. The resin wire 20 is formed by incorporating at least one biochemical substance as selected from a biochemically active substance and a medicine into a resin. The resin herein used is so soft to be easily deformed by a shape holding force of the metal coil 10 while being so arranged as not to adversely effect a living being and, for example, polyvinyl alcohol. For example, when the blood vessel embolus device is guided into a cerebral aneurysm, thrombus is formed entirely in the cerebral eneurysm.
