PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical image forming element injection molding die for forming a high quality image forming element, and an assembly method thereof. SOLUTION: In an assembly method for an optical image forming element injection molding die, shifts of optical axesϕ1 andϕ2 of mirror blocks 1 and 2 of an incidence side lens and an image formation side lens is measured by optical axis measurement devices 6 and 7, and the inclination angle of a prism mirror face block 3 is measured by a block inclination measurement device 8. The positions of the mirror face blocks 1 and 2 of the incidence side lens and the image formation side lens are adjusted by adjusting bolts B11-B13 and B21-B23 so provided on the side face of a mold base 4 as to carry the optical axis shift amountΔϕ1 . andΔϕ2 smaller, and also the position of the prism mirror face block 3 is adjusted by an adjusting bolt B31 so provided on the bottom of a mold base 5 as to made the block inclination amountΔϕ3 smaller. |
