PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform the preparation of ozone sterilization and execution with ozone sterilizing processing as series of work and to save labor by easily performing this operation. SOLUTION: As the object of ozone sterilization, a room 1 is sealed by a sealing means 3, the quantity of ozone corresponding to a value specified by ozone concentration and processing time is sent into the sealed room 1 by an ozone generating means 9, and the concentration of ozone residual in the sealed room after ozone sterilizing processing is neutralized and decomposed less than a set value by a residual ozone decomposing means 11. Afterwards, the seal of ozone sterilized room is released and series of such operation is controlled by the preset program sequence of a system control means 4. |
