PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent running-out of grease from an frictional contact surface between a reaction disc and a valve body. SOLUTION: This device is so constituted that a valve system 14 including a plunger 15 is arranged in a valve body 8 supported on a power piston and the thrust of a power piston generated by actuation of a valve operating mechanism 14 is transmitted to an output shaft 26 through the valve body 8 and a reaction disc 25 and a part of reaction force then is partly transmitted to an input shaft 20 through the reaction disc 25 and the plunger 15. A ring groove 30 is provided on an end surface of abase end large diametrical part 26a of the output shaft 26 making contact with the reaction disc 25, and the ring groove 30 is made to hold grease applied to the reaction disc 25. |
