PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a dust-proof property and durability by forming a film blended in a specific quantity with an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, methyl methacrylate, hydroxyacryl (meth)acrylate monomer or the like indicated by formula respectively on one surface or both surfaces of a specific vinyl chloride resin film, and also forming a film consisting of a defogging agent composition containing silica sol or the like on another surface of the film. SOLUTION: A film is formed, which consists mainly of a 1-30 wt.% alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer indicated by formula (R<1> shows a hydrogen and methyl group, and (n) is an integer of 6-20), 50-95 wt.% methylmethacrylate, 4-30 wt.% hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate monomer, 0-20 wt.%α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid containing one piece or more in its molecule, and an acrylic copolymer consisting of another vinyl monomer and vinylidene fluoride resin in its residue. In addition, formed on another surface of the film is a defogging film consisting of a silica sol and/or alumina sol, and thermoplastic resin.
