<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve device performance by carrying out the speed control easily without using a high skill and a high technology, and to realize an efficient operation without requiring a high level of assembly accuracy and a labor by allowing to exchange an anvil part easily. SOLUTION: A knife cylinder 1 installing a knife 2 on the outer peripheral surface, and supported rotatable; and an anvil part 7 which can be abutted to the tip of the knife 2 following the rotation of the knife cylinder 1; are provided. And a running band form sheet 101 is held between the knife 2 and the anvil part 7, and the band form sheet 101 is to be cut. While the knife 2 is supported to the knife cylinder 1 through an elastic body supporting mechanism 36 with an elastic force to bear the cutting force to cut the band form sheet 101, allowable to displace in the pressure receiving direction in the cutting time, a coating processing (a coating membrane 7') is applied to the surface of the anvil part 7 which can be abutted to the tip of the knife 2.</p> |
