PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the title development sheet developing desensitizing effect even if a desensitizing ink build-up amt. is little especially at a time of desensitizing printing and excellent in color forming properties and preservability as pressure-sensitive copy paper. SOLUTION: In a development sheet for pressure-sensitive copy paper constituted by coating a support with a coating soln. containing a polyvalent metal salt of a nuclear substd. aromatic carboxylic acid derivative and pigment as main components and drying the coated support, at least one of a polyamine/ epichlorohydrin resin and a polyamine/polyamide/epichlorohydrin resin is added to the coating soln. in an amt. of 1-10 wt.% with respect to the total wt. of the polyvalent metal salt of the nuclear substd. aromatic carboxylic acid derivative and the pigment. Further, it is pref. to add modified polyvinyl alcohol containing silicon in its molecule to the coating layer.
