PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a highly reliable and speedy valve function at every vertical or tilted position of a dispenser. SOLUTION: A dispenser 1, i.e., a thrust piston pump inlet valve 10 comprises a valve ball 35 which functions depending on pressure near a pump chamber 20 and a valve ball 36 which functions depending on weight far from the pump chamber 20. The ball 36 pushes out from a valve seat 33 the ball 35 which is surely to be set to stay in the valve seat 33 owing to a vacuum, etc., in a reserver 9 when the dispenser 1 is turned upside down. The valve seats 33, 34 for the two valve balls 35, 36 are formed by a wall 54 able to de deformed in a radius direction. As a result, the wall 54 can surely be supported in a sealed manner on the balls 35, 36. |
