PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for dividing a rolled sushi into prescribed thickness, enabling easy cleaning and washing after the work and capable of keeping the cleanliness of the apparatus. SOLUTION: This rolled sushi dividing apparatus is composed of a feed conveyor 2 to regularly transfer a rolled sushi, a cutting part 3 placed downstream of the feed conveyor 2 and a discharging part 6 positioned downstream of the cutting part 3. The feed conveyor 2 is detachably attached to a base 1 of the apparatus, the roller shaft of the feed conveyor 2 is provided with a gear engaging with a driving gear on the base 1 and the cutting part 3 is composed of a cutting blade unit 4 detachably attached to the base 1 and a thrusting member 5 placed above the cutting blade unit and lowered between the cutting blade rows of the cutting blade unit 4 synchronized with the timing to drop the rolled sushi from the feed conveyor 2 to the cutting blade unit 4. The cutting blade unit 4 is produced by parallelly arranging a number of cutting blade bands 42 on a frame 41 and inclining to position the end of the side of the feed conveyor 2 to be lower than the feed conveyor 2. |
