PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adding and utilizing a certain kind of oligosaccharide such as a galactooligosaccharide for a nutrient or a healthy food. SOLUTION: A certain kind of oligosaccharide, having approved effects on the control of intestinal functions as a material for a specific food for health in conformity with Ministerial Ordinance No.64 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and capable of clarifying human enteral environments is added to a nutrient or a healthy food so as to thereby enable the sufficient absorption of ingredients of the nutrient and healthy food. As a result, enteral lactic acid bacteria (especially bifidus bacteria) are proliferated to adjust the enteral environments and maintain the health. |
