PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical treatment instrument which can approach a target region easily and safely from the suitable direction. SOLUTION: A slender injection needle 63A is inserted in an applicator 62, with the injection needle 63A inserted to an arbitrary insert position, the injection needle 63A is fixed to the applicator 62 by a treatment instrument fixing member 84 of a handle part 71, and in such a condition, a knob 74 of the handle part 71 is rotated to bend a bending part 65, thereby easily changing the form of the bending part of the tip side of an insert part 64. |
