PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for holding a tube, by which winding work to a tube holding tool, for performing heat treatment by making a tube into a linear shape, namely, a method for holding the tube is facilitated, and tension to be applied to the tube in winding to the tube holding tool can be made approximately constant. SOLUTION: Two contact parts 31, 31 of a tube holding tool 3 are brought in contact with the inner peripheral side of a tube 1 wound plural times like a case where the tube is wound on a take-up drum 21, the distance between two contact parts is increased, and the tube 1 is held on the tube holding tool 3 in a state where a straight part is formed on the tube 1 by stretching the tube 1 between two contact parts into a chord shape. |
